Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Anseo Digital. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Anseo Digital and you, the client, regarding the provision of freelance digital marketing, branding, web design, and SEO services.
By accepting a proposal, paying a deposit, or initiating a project with Anseo Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services & Project Scope
Anseo Digital provides services across three core pillars, as defined in your individual project proposal:
Be Here
Branding packages, brand kits, and social media assets.
Be Seen
Custom website design, development, and optimization.
Be Found
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) audits, technical fixes, and ongoing retainers.
Out of Scope Work
Any request for revisions, assets, or platform migrations outside the explicitly stated scope of the signed proposal will be treated as a separate project or change-order and billed accordingly.
Client Obligations & Content Delivery
To ensure your project stays on schedule, a collaborative workflow is required.
Materials & Assets
You agree to provide all required website copy, high-resolution imagery, team photos, staff bios, and corporate files necessary for the project.
Access Credentials
You agree to provide secure, timely access credentials to necessary backend platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Shopify, hosting providers, or domain registrars).
Delays
Anseo Digital is not responsible for project delays caused by a Client's failure to provide assets, feedback, or login credentials on time. If a project is stalled by the client for more than 30 consecutive days, Anseo Digital reserves the right to pause the project and invoice for all work completed up to that date.
Timelines & Deliverables
Estimated project timelines are outlined in your individual proposal. Standard ranges include:
Note on Timelines: These timeframes are realistic estimates to guarantee strategic, high-quality work. While every effort is made to meet milestones early, timelines are subject to change based on the speed of client feedback and asset delivery.
Branding
2 to 10+ weeks depending on the tier.
Web Design
2 to 12+ weeks depending on complexity.
SEO Audit/Fixes
1 to 6 weeks.
Project-Based Work
All branding, web design, and one-time SEO projects operate on a tiered pricing structure. A non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your spot in our calendar. Strategy work, wireframing, and asset creation will not begin until this deposit has cleared.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon project completion and prior to the transfer of final assets or live website launch.
Ongoing SEO Retainers
Retainers are billed monthly in advance via a secure, direct online payment link.
Notice Period: Retainers operate on a flexible, rolling month-to-month basis. Because specific hours are reserved in our calendar for your business, we require a strict 30 days' written notice via email to pause or cancel ongoing monthly services.
Final Ownership
Upon receipt of payment in full, the Client retains 100% ownership of:
All custom website designs, code, and configurations.
All final branding kits, Canva templates, and custom social media assets.
All analytics and data dashboards generated during the project.
Pre-Payment & Portfolio Rights
Anseo Digital retains ownership of all concepts, drafts, and preliminary designs rejected by the client during the creation process.
Anseo Digital reserves the right to showcase completed website designs, branding assets, and anonymised case studies (such as traffic and ranking growth) in its professional portfolio, marketing materials, and website, unless otherwise restricted by an NDA.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
I routinely handle sensitive business data and backend platform access. Anseo Digital agrees to treat all proprietary client information, data, and future business strategies as strictly confidential. If your business requires a formal, separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), I am happy to review and sign it prior to onboarding.
Performance & SEO Realities
SEO is a long-term strategy influenced by unpredictable, evolving third-party search engine algorithms.
Anseo Digital guarantees a strategic, human-centric, data-driven approach backed by a First Class Honours Master's degree in Digital Marketing Strategy.
Anseo Digital does not guarantee specific #1 rankings, traffic numbers, or exact revenue increases, as search engines are owned by external entities.

Third-Party Platforms
Anseo Digital builds websites on reliable platforms (WordPress, Wix, Shopify). We are not liable for any server downtime, platform bugs, plugin updates breaking external software, or hosting failures caused by these third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anseo Digital’s total liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the total financial amount paid by the Client to Anseo Digital for the specific project or month of service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Acceptable Use of Delivered Templates
For branding packages utilizing Canva, Anseo Digital provides a customized asset kit alongside tutorial materials. It is the Client’s responsibility to maintain their own software subscriptions. Anseo Digital is not liable for accidental deletions or structural modifications made to the templates by the Client or their team post-delivery.
Acceptance of Terms
By paying your project deposit or setting up your monthly retainer payment link, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
