Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Audit & Implementation

AgriParts is a major player in the Irish farming parts market, but its website was working against it. Even though they had the right products, they were being "hidden" by Google because their site was too slow and didn't look as professional as their competitors'. In just eight weeks, I overhauled their digital strategy to ensure that when a farmer searches for a part, AgriParts, i.e is the first name they see and trust.

The Problem

Although the site was attracting strong visibility in search results, it wasn’t converting that attention into action. Slow performance, poor user experience, and weak engagement meant potential customers were slipping away before they ever had a chance to buy.

Click Through Rate CTR

The site was appearing in thousands of searches, but hardly anyone was clicking. Potential customers were seeing the brand but choosing to click on competitors instead.

Site Speed

The website was frustratingly slow. In the world of Google, a slow site is a punished site ranking lower and losing sales.

Search Abandonment

Most people who visited the site left within seconds because they couldn't find what they needed or didn't feel confident enough to make a purchase.

The Fix

To improve performance and drive more conversions, I focused on speed, relevance, and search intent. By streamlining the backend, refining the messaging, and targeting the right keywords, the site became faster, more visible, and far more aligned with what customers were actually searching for.

SEO

Instead of trying to compete for every generic word, I targeted the specific terms customers actually type in when they are ready to buy. This moved the business from "Page 2" of Google right up to the top of "Page 1."

Site Speed

I cleaned up the backend of the website to make it load much faster on phones and computers. A faster site means happier customers and a better ranking from Google.

Message Positioning

I changed the descriptions and rewrote the site to speak directly to Irish farmers. I focused on things they care about: next-day delivery, genuine parts, and local support.

The Results

In just 8 weeks, I overhauled this brand’s website by prioritising long-term organic growth over temporary fixes. The results were immediate and measurable, turning their website into a reliable engine for new business.
